As we all can see, a sit stand desk consists of 3 main parts, that is, desk top, desk frames and electric control system. Here, I’d like to talk about desk frames and control system in detail.
This is a 2-motor desk frame. There is a motor on the top of each columns. You can see the 2 rectangles on the left and right, and the 2 motor are inside the rectangle boxes. The key part of a desk frame is the electric columns which contain mechanical mechanical transmission and motors.
It is critical to make the screw fit in the motor, because the screw is inserted into the hole of motor.
After the electric columns are ready, you need the electric control system to control the desk legs. Due to the differences of motors, the desk columns made by different factories have different impulse. According to columns’ impulse and other parameters, the control boxes need to be programed correctly. Or else, many questions will crop up, and the desk columns may even not work at all.
