1. Please think calmly before buying a sit stand desk: How long do you work in front of the computer a day? Do you need to concentrate for several hours during the work?
If the time is ≥8 hours and you need to focus continuously for 2-3 hours, it is recommended to buy one.
2. A pair of soft and comfortable shoes is necessary. If you want to start working standing, you must make sure that you are wearing comfortable shoes or simply stand barefoot.
