A switch panel mainly contains internal PCB and external shell. After all design work is done, our engineer will make a few samples first.
Our engineer solders resistors of different specification on the PCB according design drawing. Resistors are very tiny, so she uses tweezers to pick each resistor from the box. The box in the third picture is flat and is divided into many small grids. Each grid has a cover, so when you use a kind of resistor, just open its cover leaving other resistors concealed.
After she completes soldering resisters, she needs to solder springs and digital tubes as well as USB port.
